Laurens Career in Estate Agency first began more than 8 years ago whilst studying her A Levels at Kings School, Tynemouth. It was from this chance employment opportunity that Lauren first developed her desire to own her own business in the property market as she recognised the huge gap in the market for a bespoke service. Lauren was employed as the manager of Trading Places before acquiring the business with her mother Jeanette in November 2007. Lauren prides herself in providing an innovative and positive approach commited to client care and succesful marketing.

Born and raised on Tyneside, Jeanette has almost 30 years experience working in the public sector where customer care and quality service have the utmost importance. She brings many years of experience as a senior manager and is an active member of the management team.

Joined Trading Places after 12 years in customer services and administration at Newcastle Airport. She has always been interested in the property sector and has adapted exceptionally well to her new role, she has excellent organisation and comminication skills, ensuring the high level of service is continued, she is an asset to the company.

Our newest member of the team has also joined us from customer services at Newcastle Airport. Alongside her career, Denise’s hobby is Interior Design and property renovation, she brings with her excellent people and communication skills, she prides herself on exceeding customer expectations and hopes to add to the friendly and professional service.
